Burano Condo by Lanterra Developments
| Located at the corner of Bay and College a new art inspired condominium will take form just north of Toronto's bustling Financial District. The unique design of Burano is a result of Peter Clewes of Architects Alliance vision in collaboration with Janet Rosenberg and Associates Landscape Architects and interior designer Alessandro Munge. Architects Alliance is responsible for many of Toronto's most sought after loft developments including Spire, Pier 27 and the Four Seasons Private Residences.
The Burano Condominiums will be 48 storeys with 466 suites, incorporating some of the original heritage building into this ArchitectsAlliance design.
Occupancy for the Burano Condos is scheduled for Spring, 2011.
Being located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Burano is within walking distance of the upscale Yorkville District and Entertainment District where a wide range of Toronto's best clubs and restaurants are found.
