Fly Condo by Empire
The stunning 2 story Fly Lobby is highlighted by a series of 4 elongated custom tinted glass shafts created from a series of tautly stretched triangular shapes thrusting out and back in again. Very sculped, but no more so then the textured horizontal forms or the vaguely boomerang-shaped concierge desk or the series of organic shaped forms created by Zaha Hadid himself, which can be separated into four distinct seats. If this isn't stimulating enough, the origami Effect that kicks in, in the shape of the spaces main focal point: a flock of white origami-style birds (the symbols of Fly Condos) accented with a few gold ones. The Groung floor also includes a Freedom Multi Media Studio and Retail Area.
Fly’s 24-storey glass tower is designed by Graziani + Corrazza Architects Inc., with inspired interiors by Munge Leung Design Associates - designers of Ultra Super Club. In this condo’s own Club Fly, a spectacular rooftop lounge/party room complete with wet bar is perfect for a festive gathering or a quiet evening of star gazing. Owners will appreciate the state-of-the-art fitness centre, and the Yoga & Pilates studio. Fly will also have an integrated theatre and music jam room with a 60-inch flat screen, tiered seating, and sound/mixing equipment, plus a well-appointed guest suite will be available for overnight visitors. |

The Amenities at the FLY condo are on two floors, the 24th floor High Society Rooftop Lounge and Terrace and the 2nd floor Zen and Energy Workout Haven.
The Workout Haven is a benchmark facility divided into two sections - Zen and Energy - each of which overlooks a garden whose "mood" has been carefully designed to be in sync with the the activities taking place inside. Energy includes a gym with state of the art cardio and weight training equipment and Spin Bikes. Zen holds a yoga studio with floor to ceiling widows overlooking a tranquil green wall graden and a stretching and ads room with rubber flooring to make those crunches just a like less painful. Both the energy and zen gardens include wood decks for fitness and yoga classes and set in between these two distinct areas is a sauna a juice bar. The 2nd floor also features a lounge and guest suite.
The 24th floor provides residence a space to relax and entertain. The Lounge is a chic, contemoray space to enjoy your downtime with friends, family, and lovers. It features a long elegant bar with group table attached. Nearby is a private dining area, secluded from the rest of the room by a zigzagging wood panelled wall. A full service kitchen is available to residents keen to use this dramatic space for dining with small groups of friends or hosting a very big bash. The lounge overlooks the stunning terrace that, itself, overlooks the Clarence Square Park. This magnificent terrane is home to private cabanas, beautiful covered seating, BBQ stations, and a long outdoor dining table. The centerpeice of this terrance, aside from the breathtaking views of the city and park, is a restful water feature in the middle of the space which comes equipped with a bridge that helps residence to table hop or just move and grove. |
